Gund Teddy Bears

GUND®  introduces their Mohair Bear Collection.  This year GUND®  celebrates its 110th anniversary – and what a better way to celebrate this rich tradition than with an exclusive line of genuine Mohair bears.

 These classic styled teddy bears are fully articulated and handcrafted of the finest mohair in the artist’s studio.  Mohair is a natural hair of the Angora goat and is extremely precious.  The crowning jewel of GUND’s® creations, The Treasured Teddies™  Mohair Bear Collection captures the true essence of a classical style collectible teddy bear.

Each teddy bear is numbered in a limited edition of 500 pieces and is packaaged with a Certificate of Authenticity in an elegant collector’s  presentation box.  A leatherette medallion with the teddy bear’s name adorns his neck.  An enamel charm with the trade mark Gotta Getta GUND on the bear’e ear denotes the exclusitivity of this collection.

Jonathan is a 16″ fully jointed, two-toned bear crafted of wavy, blush mohair with coco tipping,.  He has light brown suede paw pads, a hand trimmed muzzle, an embroidered nose, and crystal eyes.

Gregory is a 16″ fully jointed teddy bear crafted of curly, brown mohair with black tipping.  All four paw pads are chocolate brown suede.  He has a hand trimmed muzzle, brown embroidered nose and crystal eyes.
